President: Jenny Nguyen
Major: Biological Science
Being a sister of Chi Delta Theta has taught me so much more than I ever thought I could learn in college. It didn’t require hundreds of dollars for books or hours of boring lectures. The people that have become part of my life and the adventures that I’ve had the opportunity to experience have made my college career more than worthwhile. I’ve made so many memories these past 2 years and I couldn’t possibly choose just one as my favorite. But I have to admit the best part of being part of THIS sisterhood is the adventure that lies ahead. We never know what’s in store for any of us in the near and far future, but having sisters by your side, you can conquer anything that comes your way. Without these girls, my past present and future sisters, I would be lost.

Moment: I love the days where all my sisters gathered together in one room studying and having light night cooks. We cooked together and have all the snacks and munchies all night long. After eating all the junk food, we will decide to work out after that to lose all the fat we just ate. I love having those nights because they are moments that all my sisters and I laugh and gathered together to be silly and not worried about anything else. I especially remember after working out, we all laid on the floor wanting to eat more junk food afterwards. These moments are the most memorable to me because they are times that I can truly just be myself around the girls I love.

Public Relations: Virginia Li
Major:Communication and Psychology
Fav Moment: During an sisterhood event, 20 something of us were in a hotel room and we gathered around playing all sort of games. We had private talks and played various activities. During that event, I learned so much and had many laughters. We stayed inside watching movies in the middle of night, reading, and the frequent stories we shared with each other touched my heart every time. As corny as it sounds, it was a day for me to get to know every one of sisters deep down.

Cultural Chair: Melissa Chan
Major: Communications and psychology
favorite memory: My most memorable moment being in Chi Delta Theta was having Date Night with all my sisters. It was fun mini golfing, playing at the arcades, go-kart racing and bumper boating with my Chi Delts and our dates.

Academics: Jody Ng
Major: Pschyology
Fav memory:There are many memorable moments since pledging I have formed over the past year with my sisters. I don't know where to start, but if I had to pick one then I would say I enjoyed the random roadtrips down to socal with all my sisters. During our roadtrip, I really got to know more about my sisters through being stuck for hrs in the car and telling each other ghost stories was very memoriable. I also really liked our random trips to walmart late at night. We would go there at like 3am and just wander around, play hide-in-seek, and take pictures.

Community Service & Formals/installs:< Erica Dean

MemoryOne time, we got stranded on the Mace blvd exit bc my car ran out of gas going uphill. Three girls couldnt figure out how to use the mini gas tank carrier btw picture instructions did not help at all in the dark & a random person that drove by had to help us. Finally got gas and my car battery died. It was probably the worst day of my life but definitly the most funniest because of who i shared it with.
